Label Modular——Hybrid printers

In the field of digital inkjet, 1200dpi has been the top technology, printing in the field of 1200dpi×1200dpi has been successfully and stably applied, thanks to the self-developed board system, so that every printing details can be perfectly presented! The maximum production speed of 80m/min enables high-quality output with more natural color transition and more realistic picture. At the same time, it also saves ink and reduces production costs. And the ink circuit cycle is further upgraded, and the efficient matching between the nozzle and the ink circuit makes the machine run more stable. Support a maximum of 8 colors configuration, the basic four-color plus white configuration can add three spot colors according to demand, achieve a richer color performance, and support on-site upgrades to meet future production needs.

With Siemens servo and synchronous control system, the maximum operating speed can reach 200 meters per minute. Each group of printing units is 3 roller independent servo drive, can meet the high-speed stable, high quality printing requirements. The smart design combined with Spender’s classic M-drive cruise operating system reduces the preparation time per unit to one minute, allowing the operator to easily prepare for work and replace live parts more quickly.
